Principal Designer
Connie Stephens
With over three decades of experience across interior design and construction, Connie Stephens brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to every project.
Her career began in a leading interior design firm in Burlington, before evolving into hands-on work with a custom home builder in Dundas. She later expanded her expertise working with one of Ontario’s largest land developers, contributing to large-scale award-winning projects, including Burlington’s landmark Bridgewater development.
This progression has given Connie a deep understanding of both design and construction, along with the importance of strong relationships with builders, trades and clients.
Today, as Principal Designer of Splash Design Consulting, Connie brings that experience to every project, guiding homeowners and builders with clarity, confidence and a collaborative approach, that ensures each space is thoughtfully designed and carefully executed.
Her work is grounded in creating spaces that feel timeless, functional and truly reflective of the people who live in them.
