Work with builders and owner to maximize the potential of there new home, working with in a budget, make suggestion for upgrades  to add value to the home.  Starting with Architectural plans, analyzing clients lifestyle and start space planning, adding unique details before construction starts so the clients has a good idea of how the home will function for them but also helps working through costs with the contractor prior to construction.  This process saves time and money both for the builder but also the homeowner.

Working with Builders
Creating packages of information helps the builder understand the scope of the project and allows the information to be distributed to the different contracted trades with out error.  These packages helps the project stay on budget and upgrades calculated easily.
